We are a neighborhood gym that focuses on the individual and not just a number on a plastic card that gets swiped when you walk in. We are a boutique facility and that means our attention to members is so much greater than you’d expect to find at other, larger facilities. Whether you are interested in personal training or boot camp, we promise to deliver REAL workouts that achieve REAL results. Large workout centers that cater to the masses are alright for when you want to train on your own, but when you need attention and want something just a more, Bodymorph is here for you. Our small atmosphere makes for better personal training sessions and a more intimate feel. BodyMorph’s goal is to educate our members and provide them with excellent workouts, constant Trainer/client communication, and a mentality that fitness is forever!

Personal Training

Bodymorph offers effective, honest, good- old- fashioned personal training. Bodymorph members usually stick with us for long periods of time because they value the relationship built with their Trainer and learn to love exercise because it gets results. Training sessions are approximately 45-60 minutes long and include whatever it takes to get our members in the shape they want to be in. Sessions include resistance training, core work, outdoor conditioning exercises, and MORE! Programs are custom fit for YOU and areas of focus may be worked on with greater emphasis unlike larger group workouts. Passive/aggressive stretching techniques are also performed by the Instructor which aid the client’s mobility and increase flexibility. This will prevent injuries from occurring. Our Trainers will also teach you how and when to eat. Which foods are good and which ones are not. Members are asked to schedule a consultation with our staff to discuss further details and cost.

Boot Camp

See how are boot camp is changing the lives of everyone who joins. Bodymorph boot camp is an intense challenge that focuses on total body shaping. Expect to lose weight, build lean muscle mass, and condition your body through resistance training, core movements, outdoor activities, and more! Be motivated by fun music, enthusiastic Trainers, and a common goal to succeed! Classes are offered to all fitness levels. Classes are offered 6 days a week.
