Boot Camp
Are you ready to lose weight, build muscle, tighten and tone?
Our boot camp is where YOU need to be. See how head instructor, Rossano Rea, has developed a program that led his student Lt. Christopher Karwacki, USMC, to achieve 1st place( 300/300) on his Physical Fitness Test. Our trainers WILL get you into shape and, above all, make you feel and look like never before.
How to Join:
Simply stop in to Bodymorph for a complimentary session. Inform the instructor that you are new and interested in joining a Boot Camp class. After your complimentary session, if you’ve enjoyed getting your butt kicked, speak with the instructor and he/she will answer any questions and get you signed up.

PLEASE NOTE: We have added 2 evening classes for your convenience. It is of far better value to go with ”The Unlimited Package”, as the client has approximately 36 sessions a month to choose from and only 8 in the “2 Day a Weeker”.

* Note: Due to the fact that a client may register at any point in the month there will be an initial prorated cost based on the number of remaining days. There after, billing will occur on the first day of the month.
Personal Training:
Personal Fitness Training is designed for the client who needs or desires a more private approach to training. The 45 minute sessions are about the one-one-one style and allows the trainer to devote all of his/her attention to the client. Those with recent injuries, student athletes, and those who have specific weight goals and/or anatomical specifications.
Consultation:
This complimentary meeting will educate the client as to what Bodymorph can and will do for them. Clients can ask the trainer any questions and, therefore, feel more comfortable about what to expect. We will measure the client’s body fat and take girth measurements to show current status. We also give the potential client a mini workout to demonstrate our style.
Pricing:
This is discussed at the time of meeting. We have single session rates, and offer specials when packages are purchased. Also, Bodymorph has a “2 Person” package where 2 individuals train with the trainer, this is a great money saver!
