Boot Camp
Are you ready to lose weight, build muscle, tighten and tone?
Our boot camp is where YOU need to be. See how head instructor, Rossano Rea, has developed a program that led his student Lt. Christopher Karwacki, USMC, to achieve 1st place( 300/300) on his Physical Fitness Test. Our trainers WILL get you into shape and, above all, make you feel and look like never before.
Are you a beginner or intermediate/advanced?: If you are an individual who has not exercised in a while, are slowly recouperating from and injury/surgery, or just want a milder routine, the “Beginners” class is for you. If you are an experienced athlete, moderately fit individual, or someone who can simply keep up with a more advanced class, the “intermediate-advanced” class is your class!
What makes us different?: Our class sizes are kept fairly small to ensure our clients get the proper attention they deserve. Our workouts, be they difficult or moderate, always achieve more results and smiles than our competitors.
How to Join:
Now that you’ve determined which class you should be in, simply stop in to any of our scheduled classes for a complimentary trial session. Inform the instructor that you are new and interested in joining our boot camp class. After your complimentary session, if you’ve enjoyed getting your butt kicked, speak with the instructor. They will answer any questions you many have. At this point, you may sign up for camp IF you’re ready!

The Unlimited:
Attend any and all of our 9 conveniently scheduled weekly intermediate/advanced classes.
$175.00 per month
The 4 Day a Weeker:
Attend up to 4 of our 9 conveniently scheduled weekly intermediate/advanced classes.
$100 per month
The Beginner: Attend any and all of our 5 conveniently scheduled weekly classes. $100 per month
The Drop In: Please feel free to simply drop in to any of our sessions if you’re an out of town guest, traveler, or even a new parent. We charge $10 per drop in.

* Note: Due to the fact that a client may register at any point in the month there will be an initial prorated cost based on the number of remaining days. There after, billing will occur on the first day of the month.
Personal Training:
Personal Fitness Training is designed for the client who needs or desires a more private approach to training. The 45 minute sessions are about the one-one-one style and allows the trainer to devote all of his/her attention to the client. Those with recent injuries, student athletes, and those who have specific weight goals and/or anatomical specifications.
Consultation:
This complimentary meeting will educate the client as to what Bodymorph can and will do for them. Clients can ask the trainer any questions and, therefore, feel more comfortable about what to expect. We will measure the client’s body fat and take girth measurements to show current status. We also give the potential client a mini workout to demonstrate our style.
Pricing:
This is discussed at the time of meeting. We have single session rates, and offer specials when packages are purchased. Also, Bodymorph has a “2 Person” package where 2 individuals train with the trainer, this is a great money saver!
