We, as trainers, always tell our clients that in order to get their trainer at his/her best and to achieve top results, it is essential to be in private. The trainer feels more comfortable being his/herself and the client obviously benefits because it’s like working out in your own basement. No interruptions from others and a FULL BODY workout that actually GETS results. Trainers are great for the individual who want one-on-one attention and doesn’t want the attention from other members walking around. We feel you will benefit far greater from our facility and our trainers’ workouts than you will with our competitors.

YOUR FINAL STEP…SETTING UP A CONSULTATION
Simply contact us with your preferred time to come in to speak with one of our instructors. There, we will go over all of your needs, have a small workout session to give a sample of what we do, and go over any of your questions. The consultation lasts approximately 1 hour and customers should come prepared in gym attire and a strong will to succeed!

- This awesome and effective workout blast is sold in packages of 20 sessions for $600 (must be paid in full)
- 60 minute session…$75
- 10 session commitment package…$65 per/$650
- 20 session commitment package…$55 per/$1,100
2-on-1 Training by the Hour (2 students, 1 trainer)
- Single 1 hour session…$100
- 10 session package…$90 per/$900
All 1 hour packages may be paid for in 2 separate payments or in full.
