WHAT IS BODY MORPH BOOT CAMP?
Bodymorph Boot Camp is an action packed 45minute workout designed to sizzle fat, build lean muscle, improve posture and make you feel better about yourself. We’ll lift your butt, tone your arms, and get those abs back. Come see why the Bodymorph resistance circuit is the ultimate workout! Our classes utilize our gym equipment machines, free weights, bands, stability balls, etc.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN BODY MORPH BOOT CAMP?
Bodymorph Boot Camp is welcome to EVERYONE, (ages 16 and up). Our Instructors are awesome at making everyone feel like a family and work out as ONE. That is why folks come to Bodymorph; to experience the feeling of having an Instructor dedicate their energies to each and every class member. And the camaraderie among your fellow boot campers is so invigorating.
So even if you THINK you’re not ready for camp…come in and give it a try. It’s what we do!

Class size is limited to 20 participants during winter months, due to being indoors. Warm months are both indoor and outdoor and have no limit. We have plenty of classes in case you miss one! If this is your first time, find an appropriate class in the above schedule and stop in for your first free workout.

Bodymorph has created 3 programs that are geared toward long lasting results.
2 Month: $200
4 Month: $350
6 Month: $550
- Initial meeting with your Trainer.
- A 1 hour “what to eat” with Michelle Bommarito.
- Access to each of our 3 classes offered weekly. (This class is not part of our other boot camp class. Only members who are enrolled in BBC PLUS may attend)
- Monthly coaching meetings with Leah.
- Bodymorph T-shirt. (Given when 70% of classes were attended)
This class is meant to create an atmosphere along with a workout that is comfortable and effective for our members. Longevity in the program is key! Combining fun, the right surroundings, and an awesome workout…is what we’re all about. Come join us!
