WHAT IS BODY MORPH BOOT CAMP?
Bodymorph Boot Camp is an action packed 45minute workout designed to sizzle fat, build lean muscle, improve posture and make you feel better about yourself. We’ll lift your butt, tone your arms, and get those abs back. Come see why the Bodymorph resistance circuit is the ultimate workout! We understand that due to the poor economic conditions, people still want to hire a personal trainer but cannot afford one. So do not worry that “boot camp” is only for super fit, military type individuals. We are a total body program which welcomes people of all levels and promise an exciting and rewarding experience. Our classes utilize our gym equipment machines, free weights, bands, stability balls, etc.
The small size of the class is our way of designing a means for people to experience a personal trainer at a lower cost. Enjoy the support of other class members and the attention from the trainer. So go ahead and put your heart into it! We’re about to make it stronger!
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN BODY MORPH BOOT CAMP?
Bodymorph Boot Camp is welcome to EVERYONE, (ages 16 and up). Our instructors are awesome at making everyone feel like a family and work out as ONE. That is why folks come to Bodymorph; to experience the feeling of having an instructor dedicate their energies to each and every class member. And the camaraderie among your fellow boot campers is so invigorating.
So even if you THINK you’re not ready for camp…come in and give it a try. It’s what we do!

Class size is limited to 20 participants during winter months, due to being indoors. Warm months are both indoor and outdoor and have no limit. We have plenty of classes in case you miss one! If this is your first time, find an appropriate class in the above schedule and stop in for your first free workout.

NOTE TO ALL WHO HAVE PURCHASED BULK SESSIONS: Starting date for bulk packs begins the day you purchase, whether online or in the gym. You will receive a punch card and are responsible for bringing it in everytime you workout. Please note that they do eventually expire, so don’t wait forever to begin!

New Bodymorph Boot Camp clients are asked to come 5 minutes early and inform the instructor they are “new”.
