What is Bodymorph Boot Camp?

Bodymorph Boot Camp / Small Group class is a 45 minute fat burning, muscle building, cardio respiratory class improving taught by our own Personal Trainers. Our classes are kept small. We understand that due to the poor economic conditions, people still want to hire a personal trainer but cannot afford one. So do not worry that “boot camp” is only for super fit, military type individuals. We are a total body program which welcomes people of all levels and promise an exciting and rewarding experience. Our classes utilize our gym equipment machines, free weights, bands, stability balls, etc. The small size of the class is our way of designing a means for people to experience a personal trainer at a lower cost. Enjoy the support of other class members and the attention from the trainer.

What can I expect from Bodymorph Boot Camp / Small Group Class?

Expect to lose weight, tighten and firm your muscles, improve posture and cardio respiratory function, enlighten your mind, improve your well being. Exercise improves circulation throughout the body. Our small gym atmosphere utilizes weights some days and traditional “aerobic style” workouts on others. Plan on about 1.5-3lbs per week weight loss. This is a good number to strive for as it isn’t too much or too little which the body likes and, as a result, will stay OFF!

Is Bodymorph Boot Camp / Small Group Class for me?

Bodymorph Boot Camp is for everyone. We offer different intensities on different days, however, expect to “cross over” and try both out. Our clients improve their physical abilities in NO TIME and find themselves doing yardwork easier, lifting their grandchildren with ease, and performing everyday activities like they’ve never done before. There are no age limits…all are welcome. Remember, you are as old as you feel. With proper attention to your body, there is nothing you can’t accomplish. Muscles move joints. As we age, it is important to keep weight down and muscles strong and tone. Our camp is also for athletes who want to experience a conditioning style workout mixed with weights. Great for off season maintenance and/or in conjunction with your coach’s requests. Try us out…You won’t be disappointed!

How do I join?

Joining is simple. View our schedule and choose any class to be your first, free trial. Just come 5 minutes before the class begins and introduce yourself to the instructor and let them know that it is your first class. During this time, you will experience the class for yourself and ask us any questions. If it’s a good fit, TIME TO SIGN UP AND BEGIN WORKING ON YOU!!!!!!!!
