Founded in 2002, Bodymorph has strived to stand by its word as a “no nonsense” workout facility and, above all, a destination which delivers what it promises. We are a boutique facility catering to those who want a more intimate and personal environment for their workouts. We make our clients feel as they should – - excited to work out and happy!
Our clients include anyone who is ready to achieve his or her maximum potential and who isn’t afraid to sweat a bit. Our clients come to the gym dressed however they see fit for the workout. Clients can expect to lose 1½ – 3 pounds per week and firm their muscles. For clients who want to gain muscle mass, the same numbers apply. We also cater to those who simply wish to maintain their current physiques but challenge themselves a bit more.
Whether clients are looking for personal training or group fitness, such as boot camp, we will deliver results like none other.

Bodymorph prides itself for focusing on specific avenues to getting our clients in top form. We offer private fitness training and boot camp classes, along with nutrition and dietary advice. Therefore, when our clients enter the gym, they will not be bombarded with a confusing multitude of options. Rather, our “cut and dry” approach to training is always popular, and its simplicity is what builds retention.
